Description

Located on the first floor of the hotel and specializing in Sichuan regional cooking from the South West of China. Sichuan cuisine has bold flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness from the liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, in addition to the unique flavour of the Sichuan pepper. Specialities include Snowflake beef in hotpot, fried wild rice and Kung Pao Chicken. For those who prefer a less spicy option, the menu also features several Cantonese dishes.
