Hugo’s is a fine dining restaurant offering authentic European cuisine under the auspices of its fictional Bavarian host and namesake, Hugo Ludwig Wilhelm von Gluckenstein.
Armed with an impressive array of traditional serving apparatus, including walnut wood Christofle hors d’oeuvres trolleys from the 1960s, Hugo’s revives the craft of table-side preparation for dishes such as caesar salad, lobster bisque, steak tartare, cherries jubilee and Café Diablo. Roasted US rib of beef, served from the silver carving wagon, is also the signature dish of Hugo’s.
Apart from the table-side prepared delicacies, enjoy the delights of Hugo's extensive menu of imported items such as Welsh lamb cutlets, French Bresse spring chicken, Spanish Iberico pork cutlet, Dover sole meuniere, French sea bass as well as Irish organic salmon. Hugo's also has a wide variety of world class steaks including US prime Holstein, Japanese A5 Saga and Australian wagyu with a marble score of 9+, all from the show kitchen's open grill.
On Sundays, indulge yourself in Hugo’s Sunday Brunch as the perfect start of a relaxing day. Diners may sit in the daylight-flooded Hugo’s and savour a semi-buffet featuring appetisers, mouth-watering homemade desserts and a main course of choice; complemented by free-flowing champagne and wines.
Diners may also host their privatised events or experience the exquisite Chef’s Table in the 12-seat private dining room.
