The pampas are a series of sprawling grassy plains which stretch across the South-Central region of South America, wandering through Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. This region is referred to as “The Pampas,” and it is an iconic part of Argentina landscape. This region has a very temperate climate, lacking temperature extremes and the rainfall is sufficient to support a wide variety of native plants making it a perfect place for rearing cattle.
Since the middle of 19th Century the Argentinians started the breeding of high-grade cattle.They freely graze and sticks to natural, chemical and synthetic free diet consisting of natural grass, herbs and spring water. When aged to perfection these organic beef not only provides a higher level of minerals it also tastes better than regular beef.
