South America is home of the finest traditions in rearing, cutting, preparing, serving, and eating beef. "Asado" literally means a specific cut of beef ribs, and “El Asador” means ‘the barbecuer’. Barbecuing for an “Asador” is an art that requires patience and diligence, using wood or coal. El Asador restaurant in Kemang is proud to present this South American heritage through a range of steaks to the Jakarta Market. We are a wood-grill restaurant, offering meat cuts prepared on an open “Parrilla” grill inside the restaurant. Our steaks are brushed with “secret” ingredients, grilled to your liking, between rare to well done served with a side dish to complement your eat and fresh “Chimichurri” sauce to top it all.



Meat cuts in great qualities such as short ribs (asado), rib eye (churasco), inside skirt (entrania), flank (vacio), chicken (pollo), and our homemade South American style sausages (chorizos).
