In Chinese, "Jia" means “first”. Much to the delight of diners, Jia serves a line-up of delectable dim sum, sumptuous roasted fare and much-loved Chinese dishes. The restaurant blends classic Chinese cuisine with stylish presentation, giving each dish a little twist, yet preserving its original recipe. Leading the culinary team at Jia is Executive Chinese Chef Christopher Chai. Jia features a contemporary Chinese-inspired interior that seems up to date without departing from tradition. Subdued shades of cobalt and a range of earthy colours crossed with a brick wall and modern ornamental wooden panels makes the restaurant's industrial glass and brass fixtures really shine.



Jia’s signature dishes include Peking-style Roasted Duck, homemade dim sum, freshly tossed lo mien noodles served in big bowls, and premium Chinese barbecued items, such as Crispy Roast Suckling Pig and grilled live seafood. Guests can have the unique experience of watching the signature Peking-style Roasted Duck prepared at live open-oven stations in the main dining area. Weekends at Jia feature a feast that allows guests to savour an extensive array of homemade premium steamed and fried dim sum at brunch.
