Started as a business in Seoul, South Korea in April 2007, Seorae (pronounced "so-re") managed to turn a normal Korean restaurant to serving food the Korean way by way of its presentation and unique taste. This soon became a favorite, especially among the younger people of Korea. In only 3 years they opened over 250 outlets in South Korea, Hong Kong, China and of course, now, Indonesia.
Seorae Indonesia provided the idea of affordable luxury. The signature dish is meat galmaegisal or skirt meat served by Seorae at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is like the city of Seoul at night.
