Description

Our handcrafted drinks have their own personalities and stories to tell, hence the name Bar Stories – a cocktail adventure. The best seats in the house are at the bar, where customers will get a perfect view of cocktails in the making. To be a mixologist at Bar Stories, one has to have amazing cocktail mixing aptitude, knowledge, and the knack of interacting with customers. Combining a myriad of gourmet bar food with creative drink offerings and experience, it is sure to impress.

Specialties

We are constantly striving to achieve a higher level of skill and creativity in our craft cocktails. Recently, we've also taken to incorporating culinary techniques into our cocktails. However, these cocktails are only availably in limited quantities and at an ad hoc basis, as we are still in the experimental stages. Such recent outcomes of our R&D include the Foie Gras & Apples cocktail, a perfect combination of the flavours of foie gras and apples inspired by dishes at restaurants. There is also an amuse-bouche, sometimes served at the bar top - the Edible Pina Colada - made with all the ingredients normally found in the classic cocktail including pineapple (fresh, caramelised, freeze-dried and dehydrated), coconut and gula melaka espuma, rum gelee, and garnished with dill flowers.
