So after a lot of deliberation we came up with the following:
The French Ladle
The story of the French Ladle is quite interesting. The owner, Chef Johnny Teh and his wife, went to France for a month. There they learnt the art of the authentic preparation of French cuisine. Today, he and his wife offer incredible value and quality to their customers by having all menu items freshly prepared within the spirit of home cooking.

The French Table
To bring some contrast, our next suggestion is a casual dining French restaurant. At the French Table you can savour favourite specialties from the Provence area. The menu is a true celebration of colours and flavours, making you feel like you are in a quiet pretty village in the south of France. If you are looking for a true representation of the traditional French cuisine, this restaurant will be just the place to find it.

ENTRE-NOUS Crêperie is a restaurant specialising in savoury and sweet crepes originating from Brittany in the North-West part of France. They strive to deliver crepes as traditional as you will find in Brittany. These crepes are made of buckwheat or wheat flour. Salted baratte butter is used to cook them on the spot on special pans called ‘Biligs”. So choose from an extensive choice of homemade fillings. You can also accompany your meal with 4 different apple ciders served in a traditional “bolee”. Also they serve homemade soup, starters, ice-cream, quiche and desserts. The restaurant has a seafaring image and can seat up to 30 diners inside and 16 in the outdoor area.

Brasseries Les Saveurs,
The St. Regis Singapore has its signature restaurant named Brasseries Les Saveurs. It offers dining in an opulent atmosphere, providing a luxurious setting for each unique meal.
Wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush tropical gardens and sparkling fountain and accompanying enchanting music. The restaurant exudes classical European class and style. With glittering chandeliers made from hand-cut crystal and exquisite floral decorations it sets the scene for an amazing culinary journey, if a little decadent.
