Description

Vietnamese noodle bar The “must go” Noodle Bar in Singapore! NamNam Noodle Bar’s menu is simple, fresh, healthy (without MSG), and gentle on the wallet to make Vietnamese street food accessible and affordable for everyone. Located in town center, Nam Nam caters to busy offices and retailers within the same proximity. Boasting modern stylized Indochine-inspired décor such as vintage Vietnamese newspaper cutting wallpaper, stylist lanterns, and old style look enamel cups, the restaurant is expected to become a prime destination in the city. The interior design and décor is contemporary and the seating communal, giving NamNam noodle bar its very chic yet nostalgic feel that brings out the flavor of Vietnam and its rich culture. The focus point of NamNam Noodle Bar is a display kitchen, fully visible throughout the dining room. This central area will feature a dining counter allowing open interaction between the culinary staff and patrons. Cuisine The restaurant will be designed around the cuisine of Vietnam divided into three main regions namely North, Central and South, with the best products available in the local market. The main concept revolves around safe, good and fresh products prepared in the best and quickest preparation with cooking techniques of modern gastronomy. With its refreshing flavors, varied textures and vibrant colors, Nam Nam blends East Asia and South Asia with a touch of the West. Fermented seasonings include fish sauce, shrimp sauce, soy sauce and caramel sauce are widely used to impart savory depth and rich color to food. Black pepper, white pepper, chilies, ginger, and galangal lend heat. Tartness comes from limes, tamarind, and vinegar while fragrant raw herbs wrap morsels of grilled or fried food in herb leaves, lettuce, and rice paper. To complement a unique cuisine, a great selection of 4 imported Viet beers and originally hand-picked fine lotus tea are available permanently.
