Founded in 2008 and pioneering Singapore’s third wave coffee movement, Oriole Coffee is always about sharing and inspiring the love for coffee. The heart of a perfect Oriole experience boils down to the dedication of our roasters and baristas. From sourcing of beans and specialised roasting, to stringent cupping and barista trainings, Oriole Coffee stands by the highest standard and quality from farm to cup. Our newly renovated flagship establishment at Somerset opened its doors in January 2015, exuding warm and welcoming vibes of a city cafe. Guests can now lounge in the cafe or relax at the alfresco area with a good cup of coffee, all-day breakfast and big, hearty sandwiches. In December 2014 to January 2015, Oriole Coffee baristas had undergone an intensive training from top coffee experts in the region, Matt Perger and Ben Kaminsky. Oriole Coffee is dedicated to create that perfect specialty coffee experience, from roasting to pulling good shots.

Pick up a bottle of Taisho coffee from the Grab & Go counter for a subtle and delicate cold coffee on hot, sunny days. Taisho is the well-loved cold-brewed coffee of Oriole. The name was inspired by the story of iced coffee being first introduced to coffee shop menus in Japan during the Taisho era (1912 – 1925) of modernisation. The cold brew signature comes in Black or White. Newly crafted is the Taisho M.A.D. Milk with a non-dairy nut concoction of macadamias, almonds and dates. Oriole Coffee + Bar is pleased to be the first cafe in Singapore to incorporate nut milk into coffee successfully. The health conscious will be thrilled to know more about M.A.D. Milk, cheekily named after its cold-pressed ingredients' names. This dairy-free nut milk is prepared in-house where baristas soak the nuts for at least 12 hours prior to cold pressing, followed by double sieving the milk to achieve its luscious consistency. To be enjoyed hot or cold, or as an add-on to hot coffees. Our newly crafted food menu now carries a wider repertoire of breakfast items, hearty sandwiches and small plates, accompanied by Oriole’s well-loved classics.
