PeraMakan is a heritage restaurant with an authentic traditional Peranakan menu. Four pieces of Peranakan tiles of vibrant colours, joined together to form a square were chosen as our logo as they symbolise the home. Home is where good, authentic Peranakan food originates At PeraMakan, Chef Kathryn tries to bring back the food of her childhood in its pure, unadulterated form, made from fresh ingredients, without preservatives and food enhancers. At PeraMakan, she takes pride that she is a true-blue Nyonya, brought up in the fine art of cooking by her grandmother and mother.
