Taratata Bistrot… serves up regional French classics utilizing only the freshest ingredients prepared with the respect for the natural flavours combining traditional culinary techniques with wholesome dishes that evoke a sense of home and hearth. Chefs and owners Bertrand Raguin and Philippe Nouzillat are cooking well-loved traditional country style dishes and delectable French delicacies taking you back to the time when you first fell in love with French food. Step into the world of Parisian style chic when you enter the open concept dining experience at Taratata Bistrot, where the street side entrance allows you to people watch while you sip on wine. Designed to look like a Parisian estaminet, Taratata Bistrot’s interior stays true to its intent with its somewhat checkered tile flooring, a slightly modern take on its design with hints of typical Parisian bistro style red booth seats and French pendant lamps creating a cozy welcoming ambiance. The dark wood panelling that line the walls of the restaurant, cleverly designed to create sections within the restaurant, adds a natural warmth to the space.

A collaboration between two French chefs bringing home style French classics such as Escargot, Duck Confit, Steak Tartare, Salmon with Buerre Blanc sauce, fresh summer salads, artisanal cheeses and an assortment of home made appetizers like pâtés, terrines and rillettes. There is a wide selection of fresh farm cheese and wines. There is also our very popular Sunday brunch menu. Customized menus are available to suit every budget and occasion. Taratata Bistrot’s comprehensive French wine selection can be paired with food or enjoyed on its own with wines across regions of Alsace, Bordeaux, Loire, Côtes Du Rhone and Lanquedon; wines are available by the glass, half bottle, standard full bottle and magnum.
